We are happy to inform you that that we have extended the special service offer "Guarantee without any conditions on Imprese and VOLLE concealed systems" for the year 2022.

Up to December 31, 2022 all the spare parts and elements for the conceled systems of Imprese and VOLLE trademarks will be provided to customers with the photo/video proof of the defect only. No receipt needed, no validation of the purchase date, no proof of the reason of defect.

Please note that the following cases are not covered:
• reclamations without ANTEY service center confirmation;
• flush plates with damaged decorative finish;
• returning reclamations within 30 days period;
• damaged packaging.

The terms of the current offer are valid in addition to the service policy of Imprese and VOLLE concealed systems.
