Prissmacer is one of six brands of Europe's largest ceramic group Pamesa. The production of the group covers 19% of the entire ceramic sector in Spain and keeps on developing continuously.

The Pamesa company was founded in 1972 in Spain and began its activity with the manufacturing of floor tiles. Then the factory began to expand focusing on the manufacture of wall tiles.

In 1987 Pamesa became the first Spanish manufacturer of porcelain tiles. The next step in the development was the expansion of the warehouse area. In 1997 the production capacity was significantly expanded up to 36 000 m² of tiles per day with the launching of the new factory in Brazil with a total area of 100 000 m².

In the same year the factory began to cooperate with the famous Spanish designer Agatha Ruiz de la Prada. This initiative has resulted in ceramic tile collections that stand out for their innovative avant-garde design.

The company consistently receives awards for success in the business development, for outstanding achievements, and is recognized for its products at trade shows.
